5:22 am - Wishing to be romantically involved...
It figures... the girl you'd have a crush on could be into most of the same shows and like off-the-wall crude humor. But does that mean anything could come from it? Emotional feelings of intimacy are usually a one way street. If I like someone, it doesn't necessarily mean they like me back in the same way. Even despite having plenty in common. Oh well... best not to be getting my hopes up. Fuck it, y'know?

I notice I mostly write in certain blogs and journals when I'm lonely. I'm fitting a stereotype I'm sure.

8:54 pm - ICE PUBE.
Oh boy, I'm here to tell you about a great idea for a practical prank! I thought it all up by myself! It's a new spin on the classic fly-in-the-ice cube trick. Well, that joke is oldhat and isn't very funny. This new prank is so wickedly sinister and devious that I can't wait to implement it on a unsuspecting bystander! (Actually, this is pretty gross so I probably wouldn't do it to a friend but I guess I would maybe do it to someone I don't like.)

So anyway, here's the prank: You take a pube and you put it in a ice cube! Brilliant! Just fill a ice tray full of water, put the pube(s) in each holder and freeze it! And surely durly, you got INSTANT PRANKS FOR UNSUSPECTING BEVERAGE INTAKERS! Yes! Pubes floating in their drink! Heck, a fly would be welcomed instead. Oh, what a dastardly trick of unrivalled mayhem. Such pube trickery!

WATCH OUT FOR THOSE PUBE CUBES!

1:57 am - My dad's pretty awesome.
Today I was hearing my dad talk about plumbing. He said the word 'poop' quite a lot nonchalantly. If what he was saying were to be recorded and then played out of context for others to hear, I'd imagine people would think it's the funniest thing ever.

Also, later when we were talking about food, my dad used the word "yumbo" to describe how tasty something was. I have the best daddy ever. :)

2:47 am - This post is certainly not wick-ass super funky cool fresh.
Do please pray for the uncleansed souls this night. For tonight I went... clubbing? OH GOD SHOOT ME NOW. Yeah, going to clubs and bars aren't my thing, but for whatever reason I just felt like doing something spontaneous tonight. Ugh... what a total waste of time that was. It pretty much cemented my opinion that the only types of people who go to these places are floozy bitches and the cocky assholes who swarm around them. Yeah, I knew I wouldn't have a good time at this particular juncture, and certainly enough, I was right. I didn't talk to any of the girls there. They were all skanky and bumpin' and grindin' each other like dirty whores. Type of girls whom I want nothing to do with. (PLUS A LOT OF 'EM WERE FAT.) Just the skankiest bag of motherfuckin assfuck ho's you could ever see.

So, what did I do there? Heh, I just played the wallflower game and watched everyone else dance like idiots. Occasionally taking a sip from my Smirnoff Twisted Raspberry. (I don't really drink beer that much, so I opted to go for something fruity and faggy. That's how I roll, yo.) Anyway, watching everybody dance to loud bass booming hip-hop music is really fucking lame. All the guys there were trying their hardest to look like Eminem or something. Wow, that... that's great. Okay, I guess all n' all, going to this dance club/bar was a learning experience. I learned that I don't think I'll be going to one of these places again for a long time. (OH NO, MAYBE NEVER.) I guess I'll have to rule out meeting girls there but I don't like the idea of meeting girls at bars anyway. Just... I dunno, all girls who go to those types of places are bubbly morons that are all like WOO LET'S PARTY and also like LET'S GET DRUNK OFF ARE ASSESS AND HOOK UP WITH SOME GUY WHO WILL USE ME. Damn, I'm not saying I need a girl that's entirely all PRIM and PROPA but it sure would be nice if she had some respect for herself. It's hard to find a decent girl these days.

2:28 am - WISE FWOM YOR GWAVE
Ah jeez, I've really not been spending that much time on the internet lately it seems. The last couple of weeks I've been very busy and whenever I do find myself in front of the computer it's very brief or I'm just too tired to think of anything to write. This applies to why I haven't been posting to this journal and the Pyoko boards (AS SEEN HERE ME BEING A WHORE). I think this week will be more slowed down and I'll be able to take it easy, though, so I'll be able to catch up on things on this here ol' internet.

Oh, so what have I been doing that's been keeping me so darn busy? Well, hanging out with friends mostly. Yeah, my two buddies Jim and Aisha are really cool to just hang around and go out on little adventures with. Jim is pretty smart (engineering student), is into stuff I like such as wicked EXTREEEM metal music and watching cheesy horror movies. Aisha is a laid back dude who reminds me of a modern day hippie but without the annoying hippie tendencies such as being a pothead and liking Phish (thank God). Anyway, they're both spiffy keen fella's.

As far as little things going on in my life, I'm trying to find a better job, been playing old Turbo Grafx 16 CD games (like the original Ys Book 1&2) and I'm just trying to figure things out for this summer. There's a lot of stuff I need to do so I shouldn't procrastinate like I tend to always do. Man, I don't want this summer to blow over and have me looking back and realize that I didn't make the best of it. That'd most certainly sucketh and not rocketh.

Ooh, I got a haircut today and it's way shorter than I usually have it. Looks almost like I'm going in for the military or something! Ha, but my hair grows fast anyways, so in two weeks it'll be just the way I like it. Yup.

Damnit, Rick! Those aren't zombies! Stop kicking those helpless ethiopians in the wang!

Ho ho, Splatterhouse was a great videogame series wasn't it? The 2nd one was my favorite. The 3rd one was cool but too similar to every other beat 'em up game at the time. But Namco should, like, make a new one or something. I don't know!

Anyway, I'm too lazy to write a big post about my latest concert experience but I assure you, my faithful readers, that I will write about it soon. NEXT UPDATE I SWEAR!

Oh, and I gotta share something because it's too funny: A Christian site that tries to "get down" and understand teen lingo. Hey, if you're hip and with it, you can spread the word of Christ to the youth of today easily! Straight up, dawg.

12:41 am - ARRRR ME MATEY.
Oh, I fig that now I'll give you fine folks an update on the life of ol' Glamesy. Well, let's see what's been happening... Uh, basically just been busy hanging out with friends. While out. Hanging. So much fun that I'm slapping my ass! Oh boy, it's ass slappin' good fun!

The big thingy right now going for me is the New England Metal & Hardcore fest that I'm going to in Worcester Mass. It's a three day fest but me and my metal budz are only going the last day because that's the BIG METAL day with the REAL DEAL metal bands playing. It's bound to be a crazy time. Oh yes indeed. I'm sure I'll write somethin' about it after I go to it.

So, in other news, I've slowly been getting my priorities straight and I think I'm accomplishing things. I've been drawing a lot and I think that's the best thing I can be doing right now. Gotta focus more on my art and not fall away from it like I've done in the past. Hey, I actually have assignments and projects now! Nothing really serious, but some friends of mine have been setting up some art tasks for me and there's even possible plans for an art show sometime in the summer. Y'know, I should really get some stuff scanned and post it here or get me one of those art accounts at Deviant art or Sheazy art or whatever site is the new flavor the week. Heh, you kids and your art sites.

I've also been making some efforts in figuring out stuff like getting a new job, acquiring a car and license (I'm 23 and still don't have that? Yikes...) and other important things. I'm hoping that by summertime I'll have things settled and everything will seem at least a little bit perfect with my life. Here's hoping, eh?

Oh yeah, wanna see some new pics of your friendly neighborhood Glames Ghost? Well click right here, my children! (No, I'm not the transformer.) Basically, in most of those pics I look like I'm modeling like some kind of queer or something. I dunno, I just wanted to take some nice serious shots. And in the other ones I look like a big dork. I was with some friends and those were silly ones being taken. Especially the shot of me wearing emo glasses. Hey, can ya spot the irony? (I'll give you a hint: EMO KIDS CAN'T SMILE.)

Anyway, that's all for now I guess. PEACE OUT HOMIES AND HOMOS.

12:21 am - Shopping spree glee.
Wow, today I went out to the mall area and spent a lot of money on stuff (maybe more than I should have). Kinda like a mini shopping spree, because when I saw whatever I wanted, I just bought it. Right now when it comes to money I don't really have that many priorities or expenses so I figured it'd be alright n' all. PLUS I GOT SOME SERIOUS BANK, YA'LL.

Ah, so what did I buy? Well, first off I bought a pair of sunglasses. The lenses are red. (Ha, like I didn't look enough like a freakin' vampire or goth as it is.) Basically they look like the type of shades Cyclops wears in the X-Men movies. They're also like Alucard's sunglasses from the anime Hellsing, too. They're really wacky on the eyes, though, because they're really x-ray glasses and I can see people naked it's like wearing 3-D glasses except both sides are red and one isn't blue. Yeah.

Second thing I bought was the Astroboy GBA game for just $19.99 at Walmart. I pretty much bought it because it's made by the same folks who did Gunstar Heroes and it plays like it. But also because I remember Niku saying that it has so many guest appearances in it that it's like an orgy of Osamu Tezuka's characters. (One of the guest appearances is Unico, even!)

The third purchase (and best) was the Berserk anime DVD alpha collection of the entire series (six discs, 25 episodes). It was only $56 at Bestbuy (and most places I've seen sells it between $89-125). Good deal. The show's right up my alley because it's got fantasy, bloody sword fights, monsters and all that jazz. But one of the major reasons why I wanted this set was because of the extra features. It's got these hilarious outtakes by the folks who do the english dubbing. Thanks to Outerheaven, I've seen some of them before and it's some of the funniest shit I've seen in a long time. A lot of flubbing up lines and improv stuff but much more than just that. It's awesome.

Oh, and concerning my previous journal entry, I think I may have exaggerated the whole ladies man thing a tad bit. While it's sorta true that lately girls are starting to notice me and talk to me, it's probably too soon to say that any of them really want more then just dating or friendship. I'd say out of the current four girls (there's a fifth that likes me but I just want to be friends with her), maybe only two are that interested in me. So it's a little too soon to say. I guess the key thing here is to not get my hopes up too high and expect much. But we'll see what happens, eh?

2:50 am - LADY LUCK HAS BITTEN ME BUTT
Damn, when did I become such a ladies man? It's weird because my "love life" has always been rather lacking and now all of a sudden I have quite the litter of chickies to choose from. Well, I'm certainly not going to complain about it because it's a first for me. I just hope that I can handle all this. Hopefully in the end I pick the right girl.

...Seriously, this is unbelievable. It's almost too good to be true so needless to say, I'm quite skeptical.
